Christian Valverde is an Argentine singer specialized in jazz, swing, soul and bossa nova. With an elegant vocal style and a warm stage presence, he has been recognized by the Argentine press as “El Sinatra Cordobés” — the Sinatra from Córdoba.

Born in London during his father’s diplomatic assignment with the Argentine Air Force, he moved with his family to Córdoba, Argentina, as an infant. He grew up surrounded by tango, jazz and swing, with Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole as essential references in his musical identity.

After graduating as a Certified Public Accountant and building a career in business, he chose to follow his passion. He trained vocally in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, establishing himself as a professional performer with a distinctive blend of classic crooner elegance and personal interpretation.

International career

His repertoire embraces the Great American Songbook, jazz standards, swing, soul and bossa nova, including songs associated with Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Elton John and George Benson.

He has performed in theatres and venues across Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. In 2023 he presented shows in Madrid, and since 2025 and throughout 2026 he has been touring Turkey with his local band, adapting his show to luxury hotels, resorts, theatres and international audiences.

On December 3, 2022, at Teatro Libertador San Martín in Córdoba, Christian Valverde produced and headlined a tribute to Frank Sinatra with a 30-piece Big Band and dancers — one of the most ambitious Sinatra tribute productions ever staged in Argentina.
